Work in an office that's not an office. It's a house.
When you run a business, where you work says a lot about who you are.
And your environment can shape your mindset and affect the attitude of your employees. The Beaubien House offers a unique work environment, like-minded tenants, and a little piece of Detroit history - all steps from everything the city has to offer.
It’s the anti-corporate-cubical-farm office.
We will be offering office spaces for multi-employee companies, single desk offices, and desks in an open, shared workspace. Each floor has a kitchenette and all tenants have access to a shared courtyard and front parlour for entertaining, working, or relaxing.
Currently, we are renovating the interior and will be adding the new floor-plans and breakdown of spaces to rent in the near future. If you're interested, please reach out and we can talk about the space.
The Beaubien House, aka the Charles Trombly House, is located at 553 East Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. It was formerly the headquarters of the Michigan Architectural Foundation and the American Institute of Architects of Michigan. The building is one of the oldest remaining houses in Detroit, and was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1975.
